the item met the legal definition of a firearm, meaning it was a working firearm capable of discharging a shot,<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 That you knew you had a firearm in your possession,<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 That you did not have a valid license to possess a firearm,<\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><!-- wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (If there is evidence that the place of possession was your home or
